Tasted since antiquity, it is the favorite dish of Rabelais, the lamprey is served on the royal tables of England! Come and initiate your taste buds with our lamprey productions in Bordeaux, in white wine or in rillettes.
Lamprey à la bordelaise is the Proust madeleine of Bordeaux people!
